Good Morning Eagle Fans.

Awoke this morning to an empty nest.


06:38 Dad arrives at nest does some nestorizing




He lays down in nest there are some down feathers popping through on wing and back


We get some great zoom, Zoomer is on the controls, and see that Dad gas a little schmutz on his head and his beak




07:00 Dad leaves the nest exit stage left




Zoomer pans and NBG is beautiful and serene

[b]07:54 Dad arrives back with another stick and again he's building up the nest. Too funny watching him prance around with sticks nestorizing.[/b]

09:29 Dad returns to nest,looks like he's going to leave but turns aroud and back to the nest - we get some zooms - a little nestorizing, looks around





Shakes himself off

And leaves nest at 09:34




#4 came flying into nest yelling her head off Just Click



She's up to the love branch and a bit fluffed now - looks like she's drying off

Dad arrives 10:31

#4 comes down to greet dad


A little smooch

#4 head to the love branch doing a lot of preening




Dad follows shortly after

Dad then joins #4 on the Love Branch


Dad has on his mind intentions of mating - #4 has a different idea and says no and turns and throws Dad off


#4 moves to a further branch and you can see the down coming through on her back


10:43 And they are off #4 leaving first dad second later


You can see dads tail in the distance.


Nest remains empty.... until

12:28 Dad arrives and #4 overshoots the nest and misses - then comes to nest back door.

Male flew over my head (coming from Friendship Pond) near the boat basin as I arrived...I guess I just missed him bringing the stick in before 8am. I guess he was watching me from somewhere because after I left apparently he returned to the nest at 9:30am.

By the way...it's so foggy down there you can barely see the nest tree standing at the barriers.
